Story

The owners, Janet & Steve Brunson met at Gadsden High School in 1971 and dated 4 1/2 years before they married in 1975! During their early years together, Steve graduated from Auburn and went on to attend Cumberland Law School in Birmingham, AL. After graduation, they moved back to Gadsden, AL where Steve practices law.

About Brunson Farms

Janet & Steve Brunson purchased the 137 acre farm in Rainbow City, Alabama around 1999! They built and moved into their new home in 2006; After living there a year, Stefanie & Jim married on the property and Janet & Steve started thinking about possibly one day having a wedding and event venue on their beautiful property but it got put off for years!! Finally, after much prayer and planning, building began in 2018 and Brunson Farms opened up June 14, 2020 with their first wedding!

Brunson Farms is an amazing venue and was the perfect setting for our office Christmas party. They can accommodate a small group like ours or hundreds for a large event such as a wedding.

Huge, gorgeous venue! So much room for bands, dancing getting ready, photo opportunities. Mr. And Mrs. Brunson were so incredibly kind and helpful. I looked at many venues that had very odd time crunches for set up and take down and venues way too small for bands, that is NOT the case here! I felt so relaxed at Brunson Farms. This place is a hidden gem! I was treated like family. Highly recommend!
